How to set data in csv file for every user created

Can we set data into csv file and use the data in other scenarios later

You can use any test data file you want but you must not do that during a load test in the sense one user writes and the other reads. This is a static setup aka part of the uploaded data when the test starts.

There is no dediate CSV handler in XLT for flexible dealing with data files especially for a non test automation scenario. But you can read files. The advanced test suite extends that in https://github.com/Xceptance/posters-advanced-loadtest-suite/blob/master/src/main/java/com/xceptance/loadtest/api/data/DataSupplier.java to properly use the site and lookup context. See the method getAccount or firstName.

If you want to handle CSV automatically, you can add a CSV parser in the read step of the data or, this is simpler, split the line when you get it back from the file handler.
